What flowers are available at this time of year?

We are always at the mercy of Mother Nature and the weather conditions we experience play a significant role on availability of flowers so the specific availability often changes from year to year, depending on how cold the winter has been or how wet the early weeks of spring are how hot the early summer is. For this reason we offer a florist choice selection that gives us the flexibility to choose the best available flowers for the season. For a list of some of our favourite flowers and their availability please read here.

how long will my flowers last?

We select the highest quality flowers we can get our hands on and shop every second day directly from local growers and wholesalers. We don’t store our flowers EVER which means that you or the recipient will receive them as fresh and soon after purchase as possible. Most flowers when bought fresh (if kept away from direct sunlight, heat and fruit) should last anywhere from 5 -10 days depending on the flower type. Some of the more fragrant and cottage flowers will often have a shorter shelf life but their fragrance and beauty is often worth their short stay.
